Cookie Galore
Ernest and I spent a freezing (26 degree) afternoon baking around a warm (350 degree) oven. This time we made peanut butter cookies. I bought a little bone cookie cutter for a dollar at my favorite kitchen store, Broadyway Panhandler and made so many little Ernest size cookies I had to freeze most of them. The ingredients are so simple: flour, peanut butter, an egg, and a little water. No preservatives, no artificial anything. And best of all Ernest and his friends LOVE THEM!!!
Ernest also found a new love that day too- parchment paper. He loves the crinkle. That’s my guy.
